All estimates provided are free and non-binding. Final project pricing and timelines are outlined in the signed contract between Heartwell Builders Inc. and the client. We reserve the right to revise proposals due to material cost changes or project scope modifications.

3. Project Scheduling

Scheduled start and completion dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, permit delays, supplier issues, or unforeseen conditions. We will communicate any delays in a timely manner.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific contract. Late payments may result in work stoppages or additional fees. Heartwell Builders Inc. reserves the right to collect reasonable fees for overdue accounts.

5. Warranties

Workmanship warranties are offered per project as specified in the final agreement. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Improper maintenance or unauthorized alterations may void warranties.

6. Use of Website
